2019/2020 DHA Season Registration

Congratulations on successfully earning your spot at the Delta Hockey Academy! Now that you have received notification from your new coach that you have been selected for one of our teams, you will need to complete the 4 step online registration process and provide a non-refundable deposit of $3000 by May 1, 2019.  

Step 1: Download and complete the following forms

  1. Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association Player Movement Form 2019
  2. Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association Player Registration Form *Required only for NEW players from OUTSIDE of the Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association
  3. Delta Health & Performance Clinic Medical Authorization Form

Please save a copy of the completed forms to your desktop as you will need to upload them in the next step.

Hockey Canada Insurance Information ($500 additional insurance coverage available for each athlete to use towards Physiotherapy and/or Athletic Therapy)

All players that played in a minor hockey association under PCAHA rule must have the previous association sign off. Those that come from outside PCAHA do not need to have previous minor hockey association sign.

Step 3: Non-Refundable Deposit

OR

If you would like to pay your $3000 deposit by cheque, please make cheque payable to the Delta Wild Hockey Group and either mail or drop off in person at 10388 Nordel Court (2nd floor), Delta, BC. Deposit cheques must be received by May 1, 2019 to confirm registration. Please submit your seven post-dated cheques (September 1, 2019 through March 1, 2020) to the Delta Wild Hockey Group by June 1, 2019.

Step 4: South Delta Secondary School Registration (new students only)

Current DHA students DO NOT need to complete Step 4. You are already registered at SDSS.

For students NEW to South Delta Secondary School and NOT currently attending a school in the Delta School District, please complete the following forms and send them to the address below.

The additional cost for international students is $14,950 paid to the Delta School District.
