Bantam Varsity 02′ Compete in Edge Fall Classic

The Bantam Varsity 02’ Team travelled to Edge School in Calgary to participate in the Edge Fall Classic during the last weekend in October.

Over the weekend, the Varsity 02’ team played teams from West Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, as well as OHA. They battled to a 4 and 1 record to take the championship cup.

The Varsity boys also came out to support Team BC in the U16 Challenge Cup at WinSport arena and saw them skate to a 4-2 win over Team Manitoba.

This trip was a great way for the team to bond together, become a tighter group and it also presented an opportunity for the coaches to get to know their players better.

Over the next two weeks, the team has stops in Portland and Comox before resuming CSSHL regular season games in December.
