Elementary Skills Academy

You can learn from the same professional coaches as our academy athletes and supplement your team training with elite level skill development. We are experts in providing specialized training to guide notable improvement in complex and foundational skills. We have tailored programs for U13 and U11 athletes in order to best serve the development of young players in the Lower Mainland.
Skills Academy Curriculum
The Elementary Skills Academy is designed by our elite coaches to enhance your individual skill development and push you to try new skills outside of your comfort zone. Our coaches are highly regarded as top tier skill development coaches in the field — they run skills sessions with our DHA teams throughout the winter season. This program provides an excellent opportunity to learn from the best! The curriculum will focus on:

- Shooting & Scoring
- Skills & Situational Training
- Position-Specific Training
